As a football lover I am always interested on understanding great athletes and leaders. Carlo Ancelotti is definitely a legend. He is one of the few humans alive to win the European trophy as a player and a coach.
The book highlights Carlo’s approach to leadership while tells his rich story. It’s obviously a good read focused on professionalism and the correct mindset. But I must admit I was expecting to dive deeper into training and strategy, which is not in the book.
